Ski season may feel far off, but the best time to start preparing is now! We’re excited to announce our Dryland Training Program, kicking off this September, designed to build the strength, stamina, and agility you need to hit the slopes with confidence and power.
Why Dryland Training?
Skiing demands more than just balance and technique — it requires strong legs, a powerful core, and excellent endurance. Our dryland program is designed to:
Build strength in key muscle groups used in skiing
Improve cardiovascular fitness to keep you going all day on the mountain
Enhance agility and stability for better control on snow
Prevent injuries by strengthening joints and improving mobility
Training Schedule
To ease into the season and build progressively, our training program will be structured as follows:
September to November:
Gym Training: Once every other week – Focused on strength, core, and ski-specific conditioning
Outdoor Sessions: On the same week as gym days – Think hikes, trail runs, agility games, and other fun group activities to build endurance and team spirit
December onward:
Weekly Gym Workouts – We ramp up the intensity to get you slope-ready
Who Can Join?
Pre-season (Sept–Nov): Open to all current (25/26) members only
In-season (starting December): Open to all full-time members
