KSEF COMMUNITY OPEN FORUM
Your voice belongs here.
Good days on the mountain start with people who care. Athletes, families, coaches, volunteers, and neighbors all see a different part of KSEF. We want to hear yours.
Tell us what is working. Tell us where we have missed the mark. Bring the question you have been sitting on or the idea you think could make a difference. No perfect words required.

Without feedback, we cannot lead. Without transparency, we cannot make the right decisions. Without Radical Candor, we cannot grow.
Care about the person. Be clear about the issue. Listen before drawing conclusions. That is how we strengthen trust, improve our program, and help our athletes become the best skiers they can be.
Honest criticism belongs here, even when it is difficult to hear. You do not need to offer a solution to raise a concern.
Tell us about your experience
Our open questions make room for encouragement, concerns, and ideas. Share what happened, how it affected you, what we may be missing, and what a better outcome could look like. Include only the personal details needed to explain your experience.
- Download the form and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Fill in the questions that matter to you. Save the PDF and check that your answers are there.
- Email your saved PDF to Board@kirkwoodskiteam.com. Attach it before sending.
The email link opens a draft. It does not attach or send the PDF automatically. You are also welcome to write directly to the Board without using the form.
A conversation, not a comment box
Our aim is a clear conversation between the Board and our community: understand the experience, consider the facts and perspectives, identify what can improve, and explain the next step. Tell us if you would like a reply or a conversation.
Feedback sent to the Board is not posted publicly. Email shows your sender address, even if you leave your name off the form. Let us know if you have concerns about sharing your feedback with staff. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality where reporting or action is required.
Connect with our team
For feedback you want the Board to receive directly, use the Board email above. For program questions, our team is here to help.
Athlete safety comes first
For immediate danger, call 911. This feedback inbox is not an emergency service. Report suspected abuse or misconduct through U.S. Ski & Snowboard athlete safety channels or the U.S. Center for SafeSport. Do not wait for a Board reply. Sending this form does not replace required reports.
What guides this invitation
Kim Scott's Radical Candor pairs personal care with direct, clear feedback. Steven Pinker's Rationality encourages us to examine evidence, question assumptions, and update our views. We bring those ideas to a simple KSEF commitment: listen with care and remain willing to learn.
These questions also reflect Far West's focus on participation and athlete development and USSS athlete safety guidance. This KSEF form is not endorsed or certified by those organizations.
