Application rules and dates

  • Deadline: November 1, 2026. Submit your application no later than this date.

  • One application per family. Complete every field. Enter N/A where a question does not apply.

  • Send all applications to Dana Keith, Program Administrator: Dana@Kirkwoodskiteam.com.

  • Committee review: The Scholarship & Grants Committee will meet in the second week of November 2026 to review all applications.

  • Award notifications: Kylese, KSEF Athletic Director, will contact awarded scholarship recipients shortly after the review and no later than November 26, 2026.

Scholarships support program fees. You may also tell us about gear needs for separate review. All assistance depends on eligibility, review and available support. Please contact Dana before sending sensitive financial records.

Choose the KSEF Scholarship Program in the donation form to support the scholarship fund. You can also support coaching development or technology and team room improvements.

What your gift supports

  • KSEF Scholarship Fund

    Help reduce the cost of training, equipment, and race participation for young athletes. Our scholarship fundraising goal is $10,000. Every contribution helps more families share in the skills, friendships, and confidence that come from being part of the team.

  • Coaching development

    Help our coaches keep learning. The $5,000 coaching development goal supports advanced certifications, workshops, and training resources. Your gift helps coaches bring those skills back to the athletes they teach every week.

  • Technology & team room

    Support computers and video equipment for reviewing training, plus improvements to the team room. These tools help athletes understand their skiing, learn with their coaches, and spend time together as a team.
