Hello KSEF Families,

To kick off the 2025-26 season with clear and efficient communication, we are excited to announce that KSEF will be using TeamSnap as our official team management and communication platform!

This powerful app will be our central hub for everything you need to stay in the loop—schedules, rosters, important updates, and direct messaging—all in one convenient place on your phone or computer.

What to Expect Next:

• Look for Your Invitation: In the coming days, your head coach will send an official TeamSnap invitation to the email we have on file for your family.

• Pardon Our Dust: We are currently in the process of building out our team rosters and schedules. As you log in for the first time, please be patient as we finalize all the details. If you notice any discrepancies, please let your coach know.

Keeping Communication Clear & Focused:

To ensure that important announcements from coaches are never missed, we will be using the main group chat for coach-initiated messages only.

For all individual matters—such as letting your coach know you are running late, reporting an absence, or asking a quick question—please use the Direct Message feature within the app to contact your coach individually.
