Next-Level Coaching: Elevating KSEF Together!

Hello KSEF Family,

Dana and I are excited to share an update on our progress as we build our lead coaching team. Over recent weeks, we have connected with exceptional coaching talent from around the Tahoe Basin and nationwide: we are committed to putting in place strong age-level leadership to enable our athletes’ growth at KSEF

We are especially proud of our strong group of 16 returning coaches, all actively engaged in our KSEF Level-Up Program. These dedicated coaches are advancing certifications, refining techniques, and building strong team relationships to create an empowering environment for our athletes.

Currently, our focus is on recruiting experienced leadership for our U12, U14, and U16 Head Coaching roles. We've already met with promising candidates, and we are diligently narrowing our search to ensure we select coaches whose experience, vision and passion align perfectly with our community's needs.

Stay tuned for updates as we finalize our decisions. We're incredibly excited to be at this point so early in the season and look forward to sharing more as we charge toward opening day!
