KSEF Night Ski Training Program

Program Overview

KSEF is excited to offer structured night training sessions for athletes looking to improve ski racing skills mid-week. These sessions provide focused gate training with small groups and professional coaches.

Training Days

• Tuesdays & Wednesdays Starting 1/13 Snow Conditions Permitting

• Athlete Training Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

• Coach On-Hill Coverage: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• 4 coaches per night

Program Structure

Daily Flow

4:00 PM – Coaches load chair, set lanes, finalize training plan
4:30 PM – Athlete check-in & warm-up
4:30 PM – On-snow technical and gate training begins
6:15 PM – Final runs and cool down
6:30 PM – Athletes released
6:30–7:00 PM – Coaches pull course and wrap up

Training Focus

• SL and GS fundamentals

• Gate awareness and timing

• Technical skiing drills

• Video review when available

• Rotations based on age, class, and skill level

KSEF Athlete Participation Fee

• Cost: $550 per athlete

• Covers:

  • Access to all Tuesday/Wednesday night training sessions

  • Coaching from 4 professional KSEF coaches

  • Lane setup and maintenance

  • Program administration

A fun and supportive team atmosphere is ideal for building skills and confidence. Space is limited.
